Hello,

I have had to reinstall xp sp2 onto my computer after doing a format and now I cant find the sound card driver.
the machine is a HP 533A
any help to find this driver would be appreciated

It so happens sometimes that ur xp doesnt help with the drivers...

dont worry...

drivers.com is all that you need.. download the drivers needed..

then in "ADD hardware"

select the downloaded drivers folder when asked n it's done!!!

that's it!

drivers.com will work but it can be a hassel logging in.

Try the HP site here is a link. It will have all of the drivers you will need

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/static_software_select?lc=en&cc=us.

That sound card uses realtek drivers. Just type in your Product Number on the back of the machine and it will take you to the drivers.
