I will need some more information about your "scan print icon" in order to help you.

Is this scan print icon for your printer?
If so is your printer supported in windows 10?

If not the what program is the scan print icon from?

Most likely windows 10 didn't have a driver for your scanner/printer. Have you checked to see if your printer is listed in windows 10?
Go to the Control Panel and click on Devices and Printers is you Epson listed, does it have a yellow icon?
If it's not listed or has a yellow icon then you will need to check for drivers.

Interesting I could not find your Epson sx115 printer on their US site but I did find it on their UK site. I also could not find a direct driver download from Epson however they do recommend you use their Software Updater.
http://www.epson.co.uk/gb/en/viewcon/co ... hKey=sx115
Go to that page and scroll down to the Epson Software Updater, click the link and then download their Epson Software Updater package and run it. Hopefully it will update your driver to windows 10
