I am running mac leopard (which is similar to unix) so i thought i would post here.
i am trying to change the file extension of like 50 + files. is there a unix code i can use to do that?

i tried 'cp *.ext *jpg' but that obviously didnt work lol

There is a perl script on LinuxQuestions.org. By Keefas. That is the one you want to use.
