redhat internet help w/ onboard LAN

Postby techiety » Sat Feb 14, 2004 4:15 pm

hi, i just installed redhat linux 9 and tryed using the mozilla browser that came with it to connect to the internet and my connection didn't work. i went to settings and looked at the network connections and nothing was there so i tried to add my ethernet card but of course it's built into my mobo: Soyo P4I875P Platinum Edition (http://www.soyousa.com/) and the drivers are only for windows... so what can i do?? can i find drivers, or do i just buy a card that has drivers 4 linux???

You can try the Intel Linux driver for the Intel Gigabit Ethernet Controller
