Postby Harold1066 » Thu Jan 10, 2013 10:58 pm

Dear PCTech Forums Having built pc before ..I am building a new build mini ITX pc using Gigabyte GAH61ND2V motherboard with 4 GB memory and one dvd rw and one 2.5 HDD and intel i3 3220 processor ,,the case has built in power supply 120 watt ....will this power supply have enough power to run a pc ? it just seems far to low ? I tried to find the power consumption of Gigabyte mb but its not stated .anywhere .! maybe someone here has any knowledge of this mb ?

The i3 is only going to use ~80W. If you have two drives (HD and DVDRW) that's another ~15W. If you only use 2 or 3 USB ports you should be ok.
