My favorite game of all time - Final Fantasy VII.

I could make a whole list of games that I love here, but here's a few:

The entire Metroid series is fantastic.

Half-Life/Counter-Strike/Team Fortress Classic on the PC. I have yet to play HL2 until I get a better computer, and I suck at CS but I love to play it.

As for MMORPGs, I'm most familiar with Second Life and it's a great game.

The best classic games - Donkey Kong Country, Mario Kart, Super Mario All-Stars, Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past, NBA Jam TE, and the Mega Man series all on the SNES. The Sonic The Hedgehog series on the Sega Genesis used to keep me entertained for days as well.

Also, can't forget Castlevania: Symphony of the Night on the PSX.

I could go on and on.

To be honest i've never really been into FF games. I played the demo of FF 10, and thought it was OK, nothing special for me though. I think they've sort of been ruined by me having to sit and watch people play them, whilst i'm getting really bored.

I recently started playing Day of Defeat: Source. It's awesome. There's this MMORPG I play called Silkroad Online which I really like. The best thing about it is it's completley free.

But still, nothing beats Mario Kart games for me :)

I know it's only in demo stage, but Cellfactor could be my new favourite. I was going to say it was very unique, but it's practically Halo with the gravity gun from HL2 and a bit of nolcip. Looks AMAZING! Pushing around about 300 objects into your opponent at once is a great feeling
It would look even better if I had a PhysX card. But since this is the only game that NEEDS the PhysX to pull off the extra stuff, it's tottally not worth it yet. I'm betting that by the time Cellfactor is fully released, or another game that has cloth or fluid physics, prices will have dropped or faster, more stable cards will be out.

Howdy people.
Ok, thanks to Don, I have a trail version of City Of Villains. I really like it. Its only like a 12 day trail but I think I’m going to buy it afterwards. 15 quid on ebay I’ve seen it for.

Its a mmorpg, as I’m sure you know. I wish i had of named my character something better, i just went with old Venney.
Il post a pic in a min.

My dude is a Mutation Brute, and he kicks ass :D lol.
Does anyone else have it?
Ok, here’s a pic.

What do you guys think? Evil villain, cigar in his mouth. He uses lightning, but I also have got the power to hover. Plan on learning to fly when I can.
I’m level 9 already, only had it couple of days. The server is being updated at the moment that’s why I’m not on it lol.

For a mmorpg, I really like it. I had galaxies, but this seems easier to sort of do stuff. And more fun as you can fly, do massive jumps etc.

Venney

Yep it sure is fun. Quite alternative to some MMO's, same system, kill things, get experience, level up. But there is a lot of customisation invovled, the most i've seen in any MMORPG. First you get to choose what type of villain you want to be, then depending on that you get a few different powers to choose, then creating a character, which gives you so many options. Also, the superhero/villain theme is an original idea.

I enjoyed playing the trial, I'm not going to buy it though. If you like MMO's I think you should give this one a go.

I bought prey, got it friday, completed it saturday.
It did turn out quite how I expected really. The demo was fun and really impressive (aka the start of the game), and then the rest of the game is just that but layed out differently, so it kinda got repetative.
The story isn't very well explained and I'm left with some questions. Mostly begining with "why" or "what happened to".
The graphics were stunning and the gameplay was fun so I'm happy I bought it. Going back in for the harder difficulty later : D
Might try out some of the deathmatch maps before then.
