good work, but you have a little editing to consider, if you visit the staff photo pages and hover your mouse over an image, you have the toolbox/description box that only says description. If you view the html code for that page, you have alt="description" in all your image codes. You can change the word "description" to something that partains to that individual pic, such as alt="Pink Rose_C4C".
