How to manage PRIVATE MESSEGES

Hi...
Can someone tell me how we Manage our Private Messeges?
What does putting a CHECK in Marked do?
Are all these messeges saved on your sys?
When it's full does it Archive itself and start it 0% again?
Are these messeges retreivable?

"Check in Marked" simply selects the messages so you can either "Save" or Delete".
They are "Saved" on pctechforums until you delete them or your Inbox is full.
If your Inbox is full the new messages are not saved.
