Upgrading Win95 to Win98...

This old pc I have has Win95 installed.
I want to put Win98 on it.
Can I use the Win98 OEM or do I use the Win98 Upgrade CD?
I'd like to keep the files that are there...does the installation let me keep these files if I choose or does it clean everything out?

Yes you can, if you do not reformat, you will not lose data and most of your programs will function fine. You still should back up your important data....

Just don't fdisk or format.
