Thanks to everyone who advised me here. I ended up having to format the hard drive and reinstall windows. I learned quite a bit about using dos commands, but could never find that magic one that would load windows. Oh, well, it's working now.

this may really sound strange but it never hurts to try. nephew had same errors on his computer, I went into the bios and everything was wiped out. no settings what so ever. I cleared cmos and then into bios, set to default settings and it booted. stranger things have happend. o wait, she reformatted, o crap I'll post n e how :smash:
