scan check

Postby distrautuser » Fri Mar 12, 2004 5:29 pm

HI...scanning my computer is easy. When it is done it has all these files in it that say potentially unwanted files. I can't quarantine them nor can I delete them as they are write protected. How do you get rid of them?

What are you using to scan?If the files you wish to remove are write protected, you can right clickthe file>select properties and uncheck the Read Only Attribute.

With addition to my last request of my scanning....I have tried to right click on the file and It won't let me so I can't delete it or quarantine it. There is quite a few in my list. Please advise if I need to worry about it. Thanks.
