Desktop on my link bar

Postby Burt » Sun Aug 03, 2003 2:25 pm

I had DESKTOP on my link bar WINME, (I don't know how it got there). Just as it appeared it disappeared and I would like to put it back to show up at all times. When I clicked it on it took me to my DESKTOP. I can install DESKTOP from my TOOLBAR setup, but it is a PULL DOWN window which I don't want. I want to go to my full desktop.

Thanks

If its a menu with your desktop, then you accidentally added a toolbar. Right click on the toolbar Toolbars>Desktop and if Desktop is checked, click it and it should go away. Does that help?

Thanks Locutus---I fixed my problem. I right clicked on my link space and when the menu came up I clicked TOOLBAR. Then I clicked "Quick Launch" which brought up many icons. I deleted all icons except DESKTOP and there it was. Now, where ever I am and I want the DESKTOP spread out, I just click the DESKTOP icon.

Thanks
