I'm running Windows ME. When I start to shut down the computer I get the following error message...VWIN32(05)+00012DO ERROR:OE:028:CO2A44A8. The computer freezes up and sometimes will not shut down. How do I fix this???

Its probably some sort of spyware installed on your computer thats has a problem. Up in the top left column pick the link Spybot. Download it and install it, do the updates and run the program. See if you get any hits.
