I need help please I keep getting every time i log on an email from "PRIMEWIRE.AG" i have put them in blocked senders , and blocked mail but they are there every time i have never opened them as i do not know what they are .

Who is the email account with and how do you access it?

I have never had contact with them , if i see it i just delete it , it is there all the time have done virus checks

It is in my index for mail on hotmail and freeserve I will not open it , i have put all blocks on and still it comes

Sorry I am not familiar with either one of those email service providers, so I won't be much help.
I use Outlook for all my email accounts, it's easy to setup Rules to handle my spam.

Chances are the sending address is constantly changing, look for a way to block email by content not the sending address.
