Win XP with SP2, biteverify and swizzor trojan

This is the hjt report from my friend.. nettie/stormy/stormdancer.. from Guelph..

this is the deaf single mother of 3 .. and she seems to be able to get 95% of them out of her system.. but she sent me this log along with the following message..

i got rid 2 viruses.. 1 byteverify and other trojan.swizzor.. whew.. not bad as i thought it would be

i say.. they seem to be recurring..

i can see some obvious lines here..

( also have already got her to check her hosts file.. it is empty except for one entry

First:
**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

Some problems may be occuring by having Norton / AVG / and Zone Alarm all running at the same time. Decide which you want and disable the other.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

TBPS.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
(This would also include the “GoBack” Program if it is installed.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the following if they are there:

Toolbar or TBPS

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" and rename them, in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\PROGRAM FILES\Toolbar

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders (WinXp has up to 4 of them) / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.

Can your friend shed some light on these:

I had encountered that 64 curb meal thing.. several months back.. when i had first driven the 2 hours out to her place in guelph to help her.. (way back in may?)


and a google search then produced little results there.. too..

she does not know what they are.. or how they got there..

just now.. as she tried to delete

hole remote.. it said ..fine
all cast file... it said .. fine
five wait... it said ... fine

but upon trying to delete..

dog wave city film.. it said... cant delete Test 16 Anti ... in use by another person

so i have instructed her to go on with the other instructions.. then do a reboot..

into safe mode and try it again..
