Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and"End Task"or"End Process"on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
Nail.exe
EliteBar
SearchAssistant
wupdt.exe
elitenff32.exe
napttq.exe
uzuknp.exe
svcproc.exe

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [arlmah] c:\windows\system32\napttq.exe
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
EliteBar
SearchAssistant

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the following file to be deleted on reboot:

c:\windows\system32\napttq.exe

Click open but click no to reboot now do the same for each of the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\uzuknp.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
C:\WINDOWS\EliteToolBar\EliteToolBar version 60.dll
C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
C:\windows\system32\elitenff32.exe
C:\windows\system32\napttq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

After you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once in safe mode:
Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:
(They may or may not be there)
F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
O2 - BHO: Band Class - {01F44A8A-8C97-4325-A378-76E68DC4AB2E} - C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [checkrun] C:\windows\system32\elitenff32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KavSvc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\uzuknp.exe reg_run
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [weteviy] c:\windows\system32\eicnell.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Win Server Updt] C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe (file missing)

Now run KillBox and paste the below into the text box:
C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe
Next put a check next to 'Standard file kill' and “End Explorer shell while killing file” click on the red X.
Now do the same for each of the following files/folders:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\uzuknp.exe
c:\windows\system32\eicnell.exe
C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked.

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\ Eddie \Local Settings\Temp
C:\Documents and Settings\ Eddie \Local Settings\ Temporary Internet Files

Empty your Recycle Bin, reboot to normal and post a new HiJackThis log.

All right we are getting somewhere at last. :)
We will fix the Nail.exe error once all the bad files are all gone.

Please download,
Once you have downloaded Ad-Aware, install it, update it and then run a full system scan.
When it’s finished scanning click the next button, right click on one of the found objects and click “select all objects”
click the next button and then click OK.
Now run HijackThis again and post the new log.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Please reboot into safe mode:
After you see the BIOS screen and before Windowes starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once in safe mode Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and"End Task"or"End Process"on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)
uzuknp
bxmxrf
svcproc

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:
(They may or may not be there in safe mode)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2CDE1A7D-A478-4291-BF31-E1B4C16F92EB} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KavSvc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\uzuknp.exe reg_run
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [oehzug] c:\windows\system32\bxmxrf.exe
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\WINDOWS\System32\uzuknp.exe reg_run
c:\windows\system32\bxmxrf.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

If you can not delete one or more of these files then:
Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the file you could not delete from above:
Click open but click no to reboot now do the same for each of the above you could not delete

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

(They may or may not be there)
wupdt
uzuknp
rark

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O2 - BHO: Band Class - {01F44A8A-8C97-4325-A378-76E68DC4AB2E} - C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2CDE1A7D-A478-4291-BF31-E1B4C16F92EB} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Win Server Updt] C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KavSvc] C:\WINDOWS\System32\uzuknp.exe reg_run
O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe (file missing)

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll
C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\rark.exe

If you can not delete one or more of these files then:
Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the file you could not delete from above:
Click open but click no to reboot now do the same for each of the above you could not delete

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.
