Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
mfczz32
apiin32
winlogin

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mfczz32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\mfczz32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [apiin32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\apiin32.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Digital Line Detect.lnk = ?
O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe
O16 - DPF: {AC58FDA4-4896-4967-88CD-52CF05571F1E} (ConnectPKICtrl Class) - https://connectcerts.ca.com/ConnectPKI.dll

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
mfczz32
apiin32
winlogin

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\WINDOWS\mfczz32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\apiin32.exe

do a search for winlogin.exe and delete it too

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

(They may or may not be there)
winlogin

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - Global Startup: winlogin.exe

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

c:\windows\winlogin.exe

Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the following file to be deleted on reboot:

c:\windows\system32\yuetyutr.dll

Click open but click no to reboot now, close HijackThis

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, C:\windows\temp, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

Should I continue with the rest of the steps even if I cannot delete winlogin.exe. I did not find it in c:\windows dir so maybe there is nothing to delete
Also
Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked.

is already set

Only these step are left unless you tell me otherwise...and again thanks for helping

Go a head and finish the instructions from above.
The c:\windows\system32\yuetyutr.dll file is what is writing to the registry
Also there is a random named copy of winlogin in the C:\windows\temp directory
