Please download

1. Double click on SmitfraudFix.exe.
2. Press 1 then hit the Enter key.
3. It will create a report named rapport.txt, usually at C drive.
4. Please post back this log in your next reply.

Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool";
it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes.
Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Also you have two anti spyware porgoams installed and running they are Spyware Doctor and Spy Sweeper.
You should only have one installed, I would keep Spy Sweeper and uninstall Spyware Doctor.
I'm sure that having both running is slowing your system.
