It's great!

No more pop-ups, no more slow system or random programs running! Thank you so much!! You saved me from having to go to our tech people, who would have been mad, to say the least... :) I'm sure you noticed the DeepFreeze...

I have just one more question. The scans kept on showing both a Panda line and a Spyeraser line, neither of which should be on the system. They don't show up on add/remove programs and there is not a folder for either of them in Windows or Program files. They are only in the registry, I guess.

How can I erase them, or does it even matter?

I'm glad we got it at last :) and yes I noticed the Deep Freeze.

As for the Panda and Spyeraser they are both only left over registry items.
It will not hurt anything to leave them.
