**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

You need to eliminate some of your Starup Programs. That would help a lot. Use this guide: .

Next:

Download and run
Check 'I know what I'm doing'.
Select 'inetadpt.dll'.
Click the right-pointing arrow.
Click 'Finished'.
Restart your computer.
Delete the following file: %SystemDir%\inetadpt.dll
Note: %SystemDir% is a variable (?). By default, this is C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me), C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000), or C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP).

Now Run HiJackThis and do the Following:

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

dexGB147.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.freeserve.com/
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Window Title = Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by Freeserve
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O1 - Hosts: 12.129.205.209 search.netscape.com12.129.205.209 sitefinder.verisign.com
O3 - Toolbar: Freeserve - {8B68564D-53FD-4293-B80C-993A9F3988EE} - C:\PROGRA~1\FREESE~1\FSBar\FSBar.dll
O8 - Extra context menu item: Search with Freeserve - res://C:\PROGRA~1\FREESE~1\FSBar\FSBar.dll/VSearch.htm
O10 - Broken Internet access because of LSP provider 'imslsp.dll' missing If this still exists.
O14 - IERESET.INF: START_PAGE_URL=http://www.freeserve.com/
O16 - DPF: {11111111-1111-1111-1111-111111111111} - mhtml:file://C:NXSFT.MHT!http://66.117.37.5:80/iex/ofile.exe?url=http://66.117.37.5:80/dexGB147.exe

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the following if they are there:

Freeserve

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\PROGRAM FILES\FREESERVE

Now, empty your TEMP Folder / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.
