**(Always create a Folder for HiJackThis anywhere but your Temp/Temporary Internet Folders. This is where it will save the backup files needed if there's a problem.)**

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

d3fz32.exe
addcg.exe
spykiller.exe
winqv32.exe
apiao32.exe
javalk.exe
d3eb.exe
iely32.exe
javamu.exe
iesy.exe
atlca32.exe
addme32.exe
netlh.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

Brad, thank you for replying. I did so as you asked.
I now have new res:// link, instead of res://xtgia.dll/index.html#96676 ,
I now get res://gqxhp.dll/index.html#96676 .

I tried deleting gqxhp.dll, but it just keeps coming back. :( I think I messed up maybe, but i hope not too much. I have a fresh hijack this log, It looks different. Im kinda curious about few files, and ieuc32.dll is one of them. Could be just system file.
Also, I went to safe mode and into regedit. In curent_user>microsoft>windows>runonce(top of my head, cant remember exactly), There were this files to the right:
c/windows/system32/apiqk32.exe
c/windows/system32/appsx32.exe
c/windows/ipca32.exe
c/windows/msux32.exe (?could be something? sounds like "microsoft sux")
c/windows/system32/msai32.exe

Just hoping it might be of some help.

Anyways, brad, plz take a look at this new log:

again, thank you in advance

Brad may have more to add but, here is what i see wrong.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)

apiqk32.exe
ieuc32.exe
msvx32.exe
msai32.exe
appsx32.exe
appaa.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\gqxhp.dll/sp.html#96676
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\gqxhp.dll/sp.html#96676
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = res://gqxhp.dll/index.html#96676
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\gqxhp.dll/sp.html#96676

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7B86C9AF-492C-5E59-4ECE-88EB61C7342A} - C:\WINDOWS\ieuc32.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ieuc32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\ieuc32.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [apiqk32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\apiqk32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [msvx32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\msvx32.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [appsx32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\appsx32.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [appaa.exe] C:\WINDOWS\appaa.exe

Now delete these Folders or Files that are Highlighted: (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)

C:\WINDOWS\ieuc32.dll
C:\WINDOWS\ieuc32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\apiqk32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\msvx32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msai32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\appsx32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\appaa.exe

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders (WinXp has up to 4 of them) / Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot.
