Just need some help wtih this hijack this scan

Please download and save it to your desktop.
Now double click CWShredder.exe, Make sure you click the update button first.
Now click the "Fix ->" button, it will take some time to complete the scan.
Once CWShredder is finished please reboot your system and post a new Hijackthis log to your reply
