Malware driving my computer crazy

Please help... a few days ago I started getting a bunch of popups on my computer. Most were celebrity and movie sites. Also there were popups from some anti software program and some casino site. The latter two was the most problem. I have used Trend Micro's Housecall as well as PC Tools Spyware Doctor. Since I am no longer getting popups but I'm having trouble accessing some internet sites like Yahoo and Gamefly. Also I am having trouble getting into my email accounts. And on some sites where I know there are pictures, the advertisement for the spyware warnings are embedded in the page replacing the pics. On the pages that won't load there is a little black circle that looks like a clock in the left lower corner. Can someone please help me
