may I ask

I've had a lot of trouble with this new computer and seeing that no one seems to be able to tell me why, I've been checking different things myself. One of the things I've checked from the page cannot be displayed screen where it tells you how to detect internet settings, Tools/Internet Options/ security. OK it lists SSL2.0, SSL3.0, TLS1.0 and PCT1.0. The TLS1.0 is the only one not checked in the box. Should it be? OR should any of the others be UNchecked? I'm really at odds here so try anything!

Put a check mark in TLS 1.0 and leave the check marks in the other boxes, also you might want to go to Tools. Internet Options, Security Click on the Globe were it says Internet then click Custom Level and make sure the first box for Active X controls is set to enable and the next two for Active X controls is set to Prompt. Maybe this will help. Daniel
