need help with hijack log

I recently scanned this pc with adaware and it came up with tons of spyware on it, to make sure it was gone i ran hijack and noticed some indications that there is still some left behind. could you please advise which to delete , this is the motherinlaws cp. thankyou in advance

This is a Backdoor Trojan, most likely.
Update your AVG antivirus software and full scan the system.
