you might want to check out your hosts file to see if a program that got removed added something to the host file.

more info on the host file

this has a discription about what a host file does, and where to find it on various operating systems.

I guess HiJackThis does look at the host file in it's log, so if you don't want to go the manual way, post the HiJackThis log and we'll take a look at it for you.

tried them before you mentioned them on here, still no luck tried a lot of removerss but it just wont go prolly only thing left is to format my C: :/. thanks for help tho,Rob.
