I have a virus on my laptop that is one of those antivirus software alert things. It won't let me download anything or use internet explorer or open any programs. I had to trick it to use malware bytes and I have spybot but I still can't get rid of the darn thing... can you please help me?

Is it saying security tools 2010 ? if so goto the hijack forum and there's help there for this particular issue, helped me out last time.
