At startup my PC try to connect to 239.255.255.250 : 1900

Hello,
At PC start-up , my FireWall is always reporting that Windows Explorer wants to connect to remote host 239.255.255.250, port 1900
I always deny that connection

Does anybody know what is it all about ???
