Norton Antivirus

Postby Immel » Thu Jun 03, 2004 7:28 pm

Hello,
My free Norton Anti-virus just expired. It told me to renew it but when I did I found that the only option was to purchase the latest version. Was wondering if there's any free Norton Anti-virus downloads. (Updated versions of course.) Thank ya

You should only need to purchase a virus subscription. Sometimes it is cheaper to go ahead and purchase an updated version but provided the version you have is not too old you should not have to do that unless you just want too.

if you have a newish version of norton antivirus 2000 or above, you can get the subscription update for your program. I don't know how much that costs because I've always un-installed norton then re-installed which gave me another year. but don't tell anyone about that

I also found a way to get Norton 2004 for cheap.

$69.99 with a $70.00 rebate. You'll probably be charged like $5 for shipping, but that isn't too bad. Just remember to send in the rebate!
