Wrong time.windows.com IP address
Posted: Sat Jan 31, 2004 7:42 amFirst thing I'd try would be to go to Internet Explorer / Tools / Internet Options / Connection Tab / Select "Never Dial a Connection".
If that isn't it (or even if it is) I'd look for an odd program running in the background or at startup (MSCONFIG).
If no luck there try running , follow the instructions but post your Log File back in this thread.
