Yo first of all.

Couple of questions mate to help me here.

Whats wrong with burning it to vcd?

And a couple of things to note, if i try and burn a vcd that is larger than 800mb because Nero is lame as even though there is less than 80 mins of video it wont burn so it offers to burn to dvd, so maby you could edit the image and add junk files to make it bigger, just a thought. How ever what i would do is rip the vcd when it is mounted, then with the avi file you creat use a good program like 'WinAVI Video Converter' i recommond that alot, to change the avi to a dvd folder, then using the same program burn the dvd. I could do it for you easily if it was on my pc.

Also, is the vcd already a cd or is it a disk image on your pc?

Im feeling nice today and im actually quite good with this sorta thing but just to be more clear i found you a guide, its here

Hope ive helped you mate :)
