Okay, I'm a little confused about what I'm supposed to do with HijackThis with your directions. I just downloaded version 1.99.1 and the only link I see in the upper lefthand corner is "Do a system scan and save a logfile." I pasted the results of those the first time. Do you want me to just copy exactly what's shown in the window instead of pasting what pops up in Notepad, or is there something I'm missing altogether? Did I miss downloading something on the website? I'm not sure what I need to do to get you the traditional log-file.

First I see you are running two AVs. I think you should uninstall the AVG.

I have a feeling this is the problem child:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: WebCheck - C:\WINDOWS\

Usually there is a file named after that.

So have HJT fix that, then reboot and log on and see if it happens again.
