Alright thanks, I didn't even think to try that before, but I will try that next time my icons get stuck. I'm pretty sure it only happens on the desktop. I will test it out next time.

Well, it happened again, and your solution worked. I ended the Explorer process and started it again. Everything was in working order again. Thanks. :)
