XP start up menu

Postby Jokebook » Mon Nov 21, 2005 5:54 am

I'm looking where you can deselect programs that start up upon boot-up of the machine. I know I have seen this before but was unable to find while browsing.

Thanks in advance,

The thing that you are looking for is the command "msconfig" that your execute from the run command.

I recommend another program called Startup

Here is a link to it:

This program has several additional features. Its a very convienent feature to leave on the desktop. And there is no nag screen when you disable something. Plus it allows access to more startup items.
