hacking windows?

hi all,

I was raised up with computers, but my dad wasn't. The fact that my family's primary language isn't English. I find it heart wrenching that my parents does not know how to start up a computer and go find Microsoft Word.

I want to know if it is possible to hack or edit, the "default" text on windows xp pro.

for example: Changing the start menu text " start " to "blablabla" or when you click on the start menu, "All Programs" are changed to " blabalabala"

Can anyone help me? or give me somewhere i could possible go with this?

You can change the start button using

To rename the "All Programs" right click on the start button select open.
Right click on All Programs and select rename

where can i find this explorer.exe?

I did a search, but only the explorer came up. It's under 1mb.
