Wireless Internet problem

I have a wireless router. I use the wireless for internet. It used to work all good the wireless untill now. I can connect to the router but then when I want to do something. It takes forever to open a website. Msn also keeps signing in and out constantly. I though it was the router so i changed it but i still have the same problem. Must be my laptop. But then when i by pass the router and plug in the internet directly into my laptop, the net works perfectly.

Router: LINKSYS Wireless-B 2.4GHz 802.11b broadband router.
Laptop i am using: Dell inspiron 510m

Does anyone know how to fix it? or does anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

It sounds like something on your laptop wants to use a lot of bandwith and a router is more or less slowing it down. Are you using any encryption? With the router on line, make sure that your firewall is turned off

Make sure your anitvirus is up to date and do a scan. Also try running Spybot and Ad-Aware. See the top left hand corner of this page for links to them
