IE 6 Problem - IE.exe has generated a problem

Just copy the link and paste it into an email to him, he should be able to just click on the link and it will start the download.

I would also suggest that he install the latest service pack for windows 2000
he can download the service pack directly from here:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/ ... SP4_EN.EXE
