Hello STARS56189, and welcome to the forums

I have to agree with Kestrel it does sounds like you might have a vx2 trojan/spyware infection.
Let’s see find out for sure,

Please download , unzip it to it's own folder (do not run from the zip).
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread.

One question, do you know what this program is C:\Program Files\Tencent\QQ\QQ.exe?

If not then we will deal with that after you complete the following:

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Please download to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files.
This will create a VundoFix folder on your desktop.
After the files are extracted, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode.

Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once in safe mode Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Folders:
C:\Program Files\SysProtect\

Now open the VundoFix folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat

You will first be presented with a warning,it should look like this:
VundoFix V2.13 by Atri
By using VundoFix you agree that you are doing so at your own risk
Press enter to continue....

At this point press Enter one time.

Next you will see:
Type in the filepath as instructed by the forum staff
Then Press Enter, Then F6, Then Enter Again to continue with the fix.

At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkhhh.dll
Press Enter, then press the F6 key, then press Enter one more time to continue with the fix.

Next you will see:
Please type in the second filepath as instructed by the forum staff
Then Press Enter, Then F6, Then Enter Again to continue with the fix.

At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\hhhkj.dll
Press Enter, then press the F6 key, then press Enter one more time to continue with the fix.

The fix will run then HijackThis will open.
In HiJackThis, please place a check next to thefollowing items and click FIX CHECKED:

O2 - BHO: DosSpecFolder Object - {3496D13A-609A-407B-B181-8F47B4F28AE9} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkhhh.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SysProtect] C:\Program Files\SysProtect\syp.exe /scan
O20 - Winlogon Notify: jkhhh - C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkhhh.dll

After you have fixed these items, close Hijackthis and Press any key to Force a reboot of your computer.
Pressing any key will cause a "Blue Screen of Death" this is normal, do not worry!
Once your machine reboots please continue with the instructions below.

Empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot.

Post a new HiJackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this thread.

It looks like the Vundo fix worked, now to get cleanup the Sysprotect

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
syp.exe

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SysProtect] C:\Program Files\SysProtect\syp.exe /scan
O20 - Winlogon Notify: jkhhh - C:\WINDOWS\system32\jkhhh.dll (file missing)

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Folder:

C:\Program Files\SysProtect

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.
