Just built pc with XP

I was going to just try and reinstall everything and delete my hard drive. I defragmented my harddrive and then restarted. Windows finally detected my cd rom but gave this notice.

The software you are installing for this hard drive cd-rom has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatability with windows xp.

Update: I finally got everything straightened up I think. I just deleted the windows partition and reinstalled MC. My troubleshooter and Help Center ext. ext. However I am still having the freezing issues. It is becoming real annoying. I ran memtest86+ and it reported no errors. My temps are same as posted earlier. It does it on the main menu of video games but mostly just on the desktop doing random stuff. Everything is up to date. Any suggestions?

Another Update: I just went out and bought a 450W PSU and although my voltages are way better I still am having the freezing issues. Any suggestions?

Last Update: Atleast for now LoL. I noticed in my BIOs that my DDR ClockSpeed was 167 MHz. The advertised was 400MHz. I did some switching around with my sticks and was able to get 201 MHz. Everything works fine with no freezing. I tried with just one stick. The readout was 200MHz. So my question is how in the world do I get 400MHz? Thanks in advance.

Your bios has a multiplier of 2
200MHz = 400MHz actual speed

Leave your bios setting at 200MHz and download . It can pull up a system report that will tell you the "effective" clock speed of your memory which should be 400 MHz along with alot of other useful information.
