I'm running a GeeForce Ti4200 video card with a athalon 1800+ xp processor. ECS K7S5A Mobo dual HD's one is 30 gigs other is 80. dualo CD roms ect. ect. Please respond with any ideas, thanks
If you go to 'system' (in control panel) and click on the advanced tab, then performance settings, then the advanced tab, then the 'change' for virtual memory, what are the min & max paging file settings?
And is it 'system managed' or custom? Either way, it obviously needs to be bigger. Do you have plenty of free disk space on the drive that the virtual memory is using? It might be easiest to set the size to 'system managed' and see if that solves your problem. If it doesn't, set it to custom and make the max at least 1534Mb
