WIN XP PROBLEM!!!!

All versions of Windows 7, 2008 and Vista including 32 bit and 64 bit

ok, i downloaded and ran the diagnostics software, ran a full scan on system, and all instances passed, have installed the motherboard monitor, system is running right now at 32 degrees F.

is there any way that this issue is a compatibility issue with the graphics card?? i have an ati radeon card in it, could that be the problem?

To me it sounds like my old problem .

If when your moving the mouse its jerking very slowly and then then suddenly dies then its most likley a heat problem .

If it just locks you out and yuou cant do anything at all try hitting the CAPS LOCK and or NUM LOCK and see if the lights above the numpad light up .... if they dont then it might be one or more of the ports on you motherboard .... whe this happend to me it was the mouse and keyboard ports and iu had to buy a new motherboard , but it might not be that .

I thought id give my views :wink:

thanks for the input, stretch, but we fixed the problem, it was the graphics cards, we had to upgrade it.
