Pc crash

My pc has crashed a couple of times since i have got it back

Below is the only thing i could get from it. I get this same error code each time i crash.

Any ideas? Doesnt look like a virus i dont think. I did a hijack scan since the first crash and it came clear.

test your memory venney. use either memtest86 or windows memory diagnostic.

I concur with liljim, test your ram!

Those two file are the system dump file and the system state file created when your system crashes.
You can use them to help analyze what caused the crash but it's been a while since I've done it
I would have to install the mini dump reader first.

Is there nothing in your Event viewer related to the crash?
Start > Control panel > Administrative tools > Event viewer > look in system and apps.

Hey. sorry ive been a busy bee recnetly, but i was in the middle of doing something and the pc crashed again, so this really needs to get sorted.

My memory has a lifetime guarrentee which is good if it is the ram.

as for the event viewer the list looks so bad.

All the aplication ones were about logitec quickcam, so ive just removed everything to do with it.

The event view is riddled with them.

I will test my ram when i am at the gym later, do i simply go to the memtest86 website, download

ISO images suitable for creating a bootable Memtest86 CD-ROM
Download - Memtest86 v3.3 ISO image (zip)

burn to a disc and put the cd in my pc when im booting up? And just let it run for hours or what?

The SE27mdm.sys file is part of your Sony Ericsson Modem you need to have Windows defender allow this driver to install.

The WMCreateDeviceRegistration error has to do with windows DRM, it's associated with Windows Media Player and iTunes, it's no big deal right now

Error code 1000000a is supposedly the same as 0x0a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
This could have to do with your driver problem for your modem as well.

As for the IP address lease error, do you have all the systems on the router set to automatically obtain an IP address?

the sony erricson modem is my mobile phone, which as i think youve said can work as a modem. But i dont use it for that only getting pictures of my phone.

Should i uninstall the drivers and reinstall?

My pc does obtain its ip address automatically.

what do i do? lol, it seems to happen a lot if i use windows media player

if i do a mem test like was suggested, what do i actually need to do? how long do the tests take?

any other suggestions? it is really annoying.

i made a boot disk, 2 infact and neither of them boot when put in my pc?
should i change the boot sequence to cdrom first?

yes, cdrom has to be first

I suggest letting the test run about 2 hours, it doesnt stop on its own. if no errors are generated after a couple hours then your memory is most likely ok.

What now? It is really annoying. I think it may be to do with windows media player. Litrally i can be doing anything and the pc just like clicks and starts booting up.
i may try uninstall windows media player and reinstall the latest (which i think i already have).

You might want to uninstall iTunes as well,
they both are related to the windows DRM error you got.

Just as a precaution, uninstalling both itunes and windows media player will not delete my music will it?

I don't think so but I suppose that might depend on where your music is stored.

I would make backups just in case.
You also might loose your play lists but you can back them up as well.
