Programs opening differently.

I am using Vista. Something changed the other day and I havent figured it out.

I open mIRC on my screen. Then when I got to open something else it opens behind mIRC. Everything used open on top of mIRC. What I have to do now is when I open something I must either drag and drop mIRC or minimize it so that I can see what is behind it. I looked through mIRC to see if there was an "always on top" function but cannot find it. I posted about it elsewhere and all I got was someone using Winders 7 was having the same issue.

By the way, hello to all. Dont get around to many sites these days. Been really busy in the FTA world. have found a happy home with ftaforums.org. Testing fta receivers. Having a ball. Work with nice people. Actually got ranked as Admiral of the fleet. Only naval rank on the site.

Update.

No need for a reply. I found it in mIRC. tools, options, display, windows. take the checkmark out of always on top. Funny i don't recall changing that feature. But it's back to normal now.
