XP Media Centre 2006 Edition running really slow.

Hi Guys,

My girlfriends XP Media Centre PC is running really slow, wondering if you could take a look at the processes give me an idea if there is something not right!

She has put the restore disc in and gone through it but the problem hasn't gone away.

This could be difficult to diagnose from screen shots.

I get the feeling that there's either too many random programs loading at start up, or the hard drive could be getting close to full, or heavily fragmented.
