Can't Install Media Player 10

Greetings,
I recieve this error message when trying to install Version 10:
"This version of Windows Media Technologies is incompatible with this version of Windows"
The Wmploc.dll file, That Microsoft directs You to move to the
System32 folder, is aready present there.
