All versions of Windows 7, 2008 and Vista including 32 bit and 64 bit

please help i have no dvd driver letter or icon in my comput

For two week's now i have been trying to find out y this problem has happend.
i install a new lite-on dvd/cd-rw combo as my slave and added the software to. but for same reason when i click on START-then MY COMPUTER, no driver letter or icon is there but when i go to another user acc, it's there. can you tell me how i can get it in my acc. as my acc is the administrater.
