Still cant download anytinh

i installed CW SHREDDER to my computer found 1 problem and destroyed it but when it comes to download .exe files from the net i click save and it just freezes and the program dont respond, i have also tried clicking open file from current location but same prolem can anyone help.

Also i was advised to donload and run SPYBOT when it it is installing it stops at creating icons stage and wont go any furthe, and also i cnat download hijack this the link is broken.

Microsoft office programs not letting me save either!

Sorry for the long message but i really need help!
