Help!!

Hey guys, i deleted a system file by accident.. and now i can't use my computer. How? The file I deleted is C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe i thought it was a virus. really appreciated it if anyone could help. sorry if i post this problem at the wrong place. didn't know which one was suitable. =x
