If it's a Java Window you could check your Java settings.
Are you running some sort of PoP-Up Blocker?

For Netscape:
In the Menu bar, click Edit, then Preferences. Select Advanced then check the boxes for "Enable Java" and Enable "Javascript".

For Internet Explorer:
Under Tools, select Internet Options.

Select Security, then check to see if your security level is set to Medium or lower. If you have custom Security settings, make sure that under Java, you have not selected "Disable Java" in "Java Permissions". Instead, select another setting. As well, under "Scripting of Java Applets", select "Enable" or "Prompt". Select Advanced. Under Java VM check "Java logging enabled" and "Java console enabled".

Windows XP users:
If you have a new installation of Windows XP or Internet Explorer 6, you may need to download the Java Virtual Machine from Sun:

http://java.sun.com/getjava/download.html

Its usually not a good idea to delete shared files.I have 2 suggestions,

1) reinstall the nokia program then try your web browser again. If it starts to work right, uninstall the nokia program and choose not to remove shared files this time.

2) assuming your running Internet Explorer, you can try to repair it by following the instructions

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following: (They may or may not be there)
clrschp038[1].exe
ss_revco16_setup.exe
loader.exe
clrschp010.execlrschuninstall.exe

Turn off System Restore. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.) Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O2 - BHO: IE Agent - {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000221} - C:\Program Files\ClearSearch\CSIE.DLL
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

Go to Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs and remove the following if they are there:
ClearSearch

Now delete these Folders or Files (You may need enable "Show all Files" and disable "Hide System Files" in Windows Explorer / Tools / Folder Options / View Tab) that are Highlighted then empty your "Recycle Bin" and reboot: (You may have to boot to "Safe Mode" in order to delete some Files/Folders)
C:\Program Files\ClearSearch
