In the Mail In folder, i have created some subfolders, so that I must scroll down to reach the lowest levels. My problem (or annoyance) now is that those folders were fixed before, and you had to scroll down yourself to move to the lower ones; but a week or two ago, when I want to drag files to a folder near the bottom line, they scroll away by themselves. Is there a way to get them fixed as before?

Are you using "Folder" Bar or "Outlook". Try "Folder".
Also, you can right click on an email and choose "Move" or "Copy" to the folder you want.

As per your PM, I'll clairify.
In OE / View Menu / Layout / Uncheck the "Outlook Bar" and check the "Folder List". See if that gives you a better directory to "Drag and Drop".

it was already checked that way. Any more suggestions?

I hate to sound dense but could you explain this problem a little more. I'm just not "catching" what you mean.
